In order to create the best possible conditions for student development and learning, anyone from the Duhovka community can take advantage of the educational and psychological services of our Psychological Center Duhovka (PCD). It is set up within Duhovka Group for all Duhovka schools. It provides psychological and other professional services for students, parents, teachers and other staff. The Centre is a support for teachers and students, and is designed to address issues that students and parents fail to resolve with teachers or school administrators. Students are cared for by Radka Víchová, school psychologist and Magda Loumová, psychotherapist and coach.
Under this title are a series of workshops designed to introduce students to the potential and everyday risks of the world around us. Students will learn the basics of first aid, the principles of healthy eating and healthy lifestyles (risk of substance abuse, anorexia and bulimia, etc.), working with information and staying safe on social media. In addition to the prevention blocks, younger students also attend a program to promote good interpersonal relationships. The blocks are led by a prevention methodologist, with the cooperation of a school psychologist, a class teacher and, in some cases, external experts.
